Dehradun, 15 Apr: A review meeting was held today under the leadership of Chief Education Officer Vinod Dhoundiyal to assess the preparations for the 13th State-Level INSPIRE Award Science Exhibition and Project Competition 2025–26, scheduled to be held on April 16 and 17 at Dolphin PG Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences.
During the meeting, District Coordinator Sudhir Kanti presented a detailed outline of the competition. He shared information regarding arrangements for transportation, accommodation, meals, and overall execution of the event.
The competition will witness participation from around 129 young scientists along with their mentor teachers from all 13 districts of the state. Key aspects discussed included smooth access to the venue, lodging facilities, catering arrangements, adherence to protocol for welcoming chief and special guests during the inaugural ceremony, and arrangements for evaluation of the students’ models.
All officers and co-incharge officials were given necessary instructions to ensure that no inconvenience or disruption occurs during the event and that participants are provided with the best possible facilities.
On this occasion, Director of the institute Dr VK Nagpal assured full cooperation for the success of the program.
