DEHRADUN, 26 Nov: The 8th edition of the Dehradun Half Marathon 2019 is all set to be held in the month of December. The half marathon, which is scheduled to be held on 1 December, will be flagged off from IT Park. The marathon is divided into three categories including 21 kms, 10 kms and 5 kms for men and the 5 kms run for women. The winners will be awarded trophies, gifts and certificates on the occasion. Speaking about the 8th edition of the Dehradun Half Marathon, the organiser, PC Kushwaha, said, “We are extremely delighted to announce the 8th edition of the Dehradun Half Marathon. We have always received an overwhelming response in Dehradun. We have been hosting a series of marathons to fuel an inclusive fitness movement. We wish participants a memorable running experience and a happy start to a sustained fitness routine even after the Dehradun Half Marathon 2019.” There will be more than 1000 runners participating in the marathon. The registrations for the same are being conducted at all branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank in Dehradun.
