On this occasion, Dr Christopher Key Chapple, a Professor of Indic Studies and Comparative Theology at Loyola Marymont University from Los Angeles, USA, was also felicitated by Sadhvi Bhagwati and Prem Baba during the morning session.

Notably, Dr Radhika Nagrath has delivered lectures on Indian culture and yoga in countries like the United States, England, Canada, Germany, Dubai, and others.

At the International Yoga Festival 2026 organised by Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, Dr Radhika Nagrath taught yoga enthusiasts about the balance of Panchkoshas, the benefits of Pranayam and Mind Sound Resonance Technique for living a stress-free life. Dr Nagrath made the yoga enthusiasts practice Yogic Jogging, Asanas, Pranayam and Meditation for Panchkoshas balance.

Dr Radhika Nagrath told many seekers from India and abroad who had come to Yoga Ghat the method of balancing the elements of earth, water, air, fire and sky in the body through different hand postures through tatva and pranic mudras.

She said that the human body is made up of five elements and these same five elements are present around us too. The five fingers of our hand represent these five elements. The effect of these five elements on the human body can be balanced through hand mudras. She also taught the technique of relieving stress by resonating the sound of Om, which yoga practitioners said was extremely beneficial.

Dr Radhika Nagrath will share her views in a yoga class on 20 March at Ganga Resort, organised by Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam, Uttarakhand.
