DEHRADUN, 28 Mar: At Graphic Era, students learned about website creation on AWS along with user access, content delivery, and domain management.
A Cloud Ignite workshop was organized on Saturday at Graphic Era Deemed University to provide practical training on Amazon Web Services. Addressing the programme, Dean of International Affairs Dr DR Gangodkar said that in today’s time, the tech industry is growing rapidly and bookish knowledge alone is not sufficient for youth. To progress in their careers, they need practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and skills.
In this workshop, participants were given information about building and running websites on AWS. They also learned how to make a website live on the internet, manage access control, and use tools like CloudFront and Route 53 to run websites more efficiently.
The workshop was organized by the AWS Club of Graphic Era Deemed University. AWS Faculty Mentor Dr Amit Kumar and students were present at the program.
