Felicitation Ceremony held for GATE 2026 Qualifiers at UIT

Dehradun, 30 Mar: Uttaranchal Institute of Technology (UIT), Uttaranchal University, organised a felicitation ceremony to honour the students and faculty members who successfully qualified for the GATE 2026 examination at the Swami Vivekanand Auditorium.

This year, a total of 17 students from various departments including Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Aerospace Engineering (AE), and Civil Engineering (CE)—Yash Bhati, Vaibhav Kumar Jha, Suruchi Kumari, Siddhant Yadav, Shiva, Rishabh Singh, Priyanshu Bijlwan, Prateek Bhatt, Khushal Sharma, Jatin Yadav, Jagdish Singh, Himanshu, Atul Verma, Anuj Kumar, Aditya Negi, Abhay Dhasmana, and Aaditya Vaishwar—successfully qualified the GATE 2026 examination.

Additionally, two faculty members, Sunil Kumar and Vinod Balmiki, also cleared the examination, bringing pride to the institution.

During the event, all successful students, faculty members, and four trainers— Arpit Goel, Ankit Chamoli, Prof (Dr) Sachin Srivastava and Abhishek Verma were felicitated and awarded with certificates for their outstanding performance.

Present were President Jitendra Joshi, Vice President Ankita Joshi, Vice Chancellor Prof Dharam Buddhi, Director, UIT, Prof Sumit Chaudhary, along with Heads of Departments, faculty members, students, and parents.

They congratulated the achievers and encouraged other students to strive for excellence in competitive examinations.
