Dehradun, 8 Apr: The newly introduced Pre-Primary section at Doon International School Riverside Campus (DISRC) was inaugurated on 7 April amidst great enthusiasm, warmth, and celebration. The campus came alive with vibrant, colourful classrooms and a cheerful buzz, as tiny toddlers stepped into a world designed especially for them.
The event began with an insightful orientation programme for parents, led by the Pre-Primary Coordinator, Arshleen. This was followed by an engaging and interactive session conducted by Ms Baiza from the Nature Nurture team, where parents enthusiastically participated in creative games and activities, gaining valuable insights into the school’s experiential learning approach.
A heartwarming ribbon-cutting ceremony was then conducted by the little learners along with their parents, in the presence of Chairman DS Mann, Director HS Mann, and the school management, marking a delightful start to this new journey.
The young learners were warmly welcomed into their beautifully decorated, child-friendly classrooms, their excitement evident in every smile. The celebration continued with the distribution of sweets and a guided campus tour for parents.
The day concluded on a joyous note, fostering a happy atmosphere and setting the tone for a nurturing, creative, and enriching academic year ahead.
