Nainital, 19 June: St Joseph’s College took another step towards embracing modern educational technology with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art LED wall in its auditorium on Wednesday. The LED wall was donated by Arun Roy Kapoor in loving memory of his late mother, Kamla Roy Kapoor.

The facility was formally inaugurated by Kapoor, who cut the ceremonial ribbon in the presence of the Principal, staff members, and students. The occasion was marked by enthusiasm and appreciation as the school community welcomed a valuable addition to its educational infrastructure.

Addressing those present, Kapoor said that he was honoured to dedicate the LED wall to St Joseph’s College in memory of his mother. He expressed his belief that quality education must be supported by modern technology and hoped that the new facility would create a more engaging and interactive learning environment for students. He noted that the LED wall would enhance classroom teaching, educational presentations, seminars, cultural programmes, and other school events, while preparing students for an increasingly technology-driven world.

Kapoor also thanked the management of St Joseph’s College for graciously accepting the donation and expressed his confidence that the LED wall would serve generations of students in the years ahead.

The inauguration concluded with students and staff expressing their sincere appreciation to Kapoor for his thoughtful and generous contribution. The installation of the LED wall is expected to significantly enrich the school’s academic and co-curricular activities, reflecting St Joseph’s College’s continued commitment to providing its students with a modern and dynamic learning environment.
