Dehradun, 24 Jul: State Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi on Friday formally inaugurated a newly constructed tube well in Rajendra Nagar Ward of Kishan Nagar. Congratulating the residents on the occasion, he said that the State Government is committed to providing better basic civic amenities to the public with a responsive and people-centric approach.
The Minister said that the commissioning of the new tube well will significantly improve and strengthen the drinking water supply in the area, providing much-needed relief to local residents. He reiterated that the government remains committed to ensuring the timely provision of essential services, with safe and adequate drinking water being one of its top priorities.
During the programme, local residents also raised concerns regarding issues related to the sewer line. Responding to their grievances, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi assured them that the issues would be addressed at the earliest and emphasized that works related to public welfare would continue to receive the highest priority.
The event was attended by Ward Councillor Nandani Sharma, along with local residents.
