Mussoorie, 17 Oct: The Mussoorie Forest Division is organising the three-day ‘Eighth Uttarakhand Bird Festival’ from 18 October at Benog Hill Mussoorie Wildlife Sanctuary, which will be inaugurated by the state’s Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal.

Bird lovers, scientists and bird experts from the country and abroad as well as students from various schools of Uttarakhand will get to see the birds here. This will promote tourism and provide employment to the local people.
