Dehradun, 18 Dec: Narendrajit Singh Bindra, the Chairman of the Hemkund Sahib Management Trust today called on Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) at the Raj Bhawan, here.
During the meeting, they discussed the Third Veer Bal Diwas event, scheduled to be held at Raj Bhavan on 26 December. A special programme will be organized at Raj Bhavan on the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas, during which the supreme sacrifice of the Veer Sahibzadas will be remembered.
During the event, books on the sacrifices of the Veer Sahibzadas, published by the Hemkund Sahib Management Trust and the Sanskrit University, will be released, and an AI chatbot based on Gurbani will be launched. Many distinguished guests are expected to attend the event.
The Governor expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this commendable initiative, which provides an opportunity to remember the unparalleled sacrifice of the Sahibzadas and inspire future generations through their ideals. He described the sacrifice of the Veer Sahibzadas as unique in India’s history and stated that their dedication and bravery will continue to inspire all to fulfil their duties towards the nation and religion.
