Miss Uttarakhand: Outstanding acting by participants in Miss Bollywood Sub-Contest

Dehradun, 21 Jul: The Miss Bollywood sub-contest, part of the Miss Uttarakhand 2025 series, was organised on Monday by Sinmit Communications at Selaqui. During the event, participants impressed the judges with their exceptional acting skills. On this occasion, the organisers announced that, this year, Miss Uttarakhand has tied up with Miss Asiatic India. Under this collaboration, the winners of Miss Uttarakhand will get direct entry into the Miss Asiatic India pageant.
Participants showcased not only their acting talents but also confidently displayed their personality and stage presence. They portrayed a variety of characters, captivating the judges with their performances. Contestants from Dehradun, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Uttarkashi, Nainital, Rudrapur, Pithoragarh, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Khatima, and other regions took part in the competition.
Dalip Sindhi, Director of Sinmit Communications, announced that the Grand Finale of Miss Uttarakhand will be held on 23 July. For the first time, the winner of Miss Uttarakhand will receive direct entry into Femina Miss India Uttarakhand. The Grand Finale will be hosted at Hyatt Centric. He reiterated the significance of the tie-up with Miss Asiatic India, which allows the winners to participate directly in the Miss Asiatic India pageant.
Director Rajeev Mittal expressed pride, stating that it is a matter of great honour that the winner from here will get direct entry into Femina Miss India Uttarakhand. The contestants are also highly enthusiastic about this opportunity.
Serving as judges for the event were clinical psychologist Nayani Jasola, Dr Rajeev Bhardwaj, and Dr Suresh Iyer.
