Dehradun, 7 Oct: Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari for approving the work of improvement and up-gradation of Moradabad-Thakurdwara- Kashipur, Moradabad and Kashipur bypass sections of NH-734 section in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand at a cost of Rs 2,006.82 crores. The information regarding approval of the project was shared through a tweet by Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari himself. Following this tweet by the Union Minister, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also posted a tweet thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari for the same.
In his tweet, The Chief Minister observed that these development highways would definitely give a boost to the development of tourism and industries in Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister said that in the past few years, unprecedented work had been done to improve connectivity in the State and that it was proving to be highly beneficial for the state. The improvement and up-gradation of the section including the bypass will make the traffic movement smoother.
