Dehradun, 16 Sep: Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami today met differently- able children on the occasion of Sankalp Diwas at NIVH Rajpur Road, Dehradun. Dhami celebrated his birthday with Divyang children and also announced a grant of Rs 25 lakh to the institute.
Chief Minister Dhami said that he experienced inner peace and contentment after meeting the children of NIVH. Addressing the children, he said that determination and will power were such powers, with the help of which it was possible to achieve a lot in life even for differently abled persons. He said that all possible facilities were being provided to the differently-abled by the Central and State Governments. At present, differently abled people were also doing commendable work in many fields solely on the strength of their talents.
On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, NIVH Director, Higmanshu Das and other dignitaries were present.
