CM flags off Sankalp run on Sankalp Diwas

DEHRADUN, 16 Sep: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today reiterated that the State Government is committed to placing Uttarakhand amongst the leading states of the country in almost every field by 2025. The Chief Minister flagged off Sankalp Run, from the Clock Tower here, to mark Sankalp Diwas being observed on his birthday. He claimed that the government was running in accordance with the sentiments of the people and it was making all out efforts to ensure all round development of the state. Efforts are being made to fulfil the promises made to the people of Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Government is providing full cooperation for the development of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, and that for this, he was grateful to Prime Minister Modi.
Dhami also expressed his gratitude for the blessings of the people of the state showered on him on the occasion of his birthday. He said that with the cooperation of the great people of the state, the state would be made a leader in every field in times to come. The state government is moving ahead with a choiceless resolution. Mayor Sunil Uniyal Gama, MLA Khajandas, BJP’s State General Secretary (Organisation) Ajaey Kumar, party officials and dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Earlier, the CM visited Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple in Garhi Cantt here today and offered prayers.
