Dehradun, 12 Sep: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a meeting with real estate investors on residential projects and other topics in preparation for the Global Investors’ Summit 2023 at a hotel on Rajpur Road, here, today. The Chief Minister said that the proposed Investors’ Summit in December 2023 will play an important role in the development of the state and also in boosting the economy.
Dhami said that the state government is working keeping in mind the roadmap for the next 25 years. Constant communication is being held with investors from various sectors to boost investment in the state
He added that new policies are being made to increase investment. As many as 27 new policies have been made in the interest of industries in the state. The single window system is being made more effective. Special attention is being paid to simplification of policies. Whatever suggestions been received today regarding real estate would be included in the future action plan.
Dhami further claimed that the policies have been made keeping in mind the suggestions received from time to time from people associated with the industry. Whatever suggestions are being received, immediate work will be done on them. The CM said that the interest of investors in the state is increasing rapidly. He claimed that Uttarakhand has a favourable environment for investment. Road, rail and air connectivity is expanding rapidly. The interest of people associated with the industrial sector has also increased rapidly.
Cabinet Minister Premchand Aggarwal said that investment friendly policies are being made under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to promote investment. Efforts are being made to bring Uttarakhand among the leading states of the country in every field by 2025. Apart from Uttarakhand, meetings of this Investor Summit are also proposed in other states of the country and even abroad. There are many investment opportunities in the field of real estate. He said that everyone concerned will have to contribute for the overall development of the state.
On this occasion, RERA Chairman Rabindra Panwar, Additional Chief Secretaries Radha Raturi, Anand Vardhan, Secretaries R Meenakshi Sundaram, SN Pandey, Vice Chairman, MDDA, Banshidhar Tiwari and many real estate investors were present.
