Dehradun, 20 Dec: Bipin Kanthola, BJP State Spokesperson, ridiculed Congress infighting, stating that their leadership has completely lost the trust of their workers and party members. Mocking Haridwar as the birthplace of Congress groupism, Kanthola remarked that the Congress leadership, which did not form the state team due to fear of rebellion, is now being denied recognition by workers in the districts.
Speaking to the media about questions raised on Congress leadership concerning district conferences, Bipin, referring to former CM Harish Rawat, and Pithoragarh MLA, portrayed it as an internal matter of Congress and revealed the real organisational truth. He sarcastically commented that even after two years, there is no sign of Congress‘ state team because they know that as soon as they appoint state officials, Congress groupism will explode. So, let’s keep walking alone and keep spreading confusion among workers through baseless claims. He regretted that even senior leaders like Harish Rawat have to keep their statements through social media.
Kainthola further stated that, although this is an internal matter of Congress, if misinformation and false claims are spread among the public through the media, it becomes necessary to show the mirror. He said that before making claims of winning in the Lok Sabha elections in Mahra, they should pay attention to the statement of their senior leader P. Chidambaram, who has accepted the wave of BJP.
Regarding Harish Rawat being considered the father of groupism in Uttarakhand Congress, Vipin took a jibe at the ongoing verbal clashes within Congress. He humorously said that internal groupism in Congress has reached a point where leaders, from big leaders to small workers, are pulling each other’s legs. He noted that their party leaders often make sarcastic remarks about the programs of their state president, and the father of groupism, Harish Rawat, continues to promote political maneuvers. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the double engine of development by the BJP is establishing new dimensions of progress in Uttarakhand. He said that the people of Uttarakhand have already seen the Congress twice and are now inclined to witness BJP’s hat-trick victory in 2024.
