Dehradun, 23 Jul: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision to establish fast-track courts to ensure swift and stringent action against those involved in paper leak cases, describing it as a significant step towards safeguarding the interests of the country’s youth.

Dhami said that the Prime Minister’s decision reflects the firm commitment of the Prime Minister and the Central Government to protecting the hard work, talent and future of millions of students. He said the move would strengthen the confidence of young aspirants in the fairness and transparency of the examination system.

Expressing confidence over the initiative, the CM said that the establishment of fast-track courts would ensure the speedy disposal of paper leak cases, enable timely and stringent punishment for those found guilty and serve as an effective deterrent against such offences in the future.

It may be recalled that PM Modi has today made it clear that nothing is more important than the welfare and future of our youth. On a post on his X account, Modi announced that the government has decided to set up fast-track courts to ensure swift and stringent punishment for those involved in paper leaks. The PM added that he has directed the authorities concerned and the officials to take all necessary steps in this regard. The government would take all steps to safeguard the interests of students. Those who try to harm the future of the youth will not be spared.
