Haridwar, 9 Jun: Today, on the third day of the Ram Katha on the banks of the Ganga at Kankhal Rajghat, here, Tulsi Peethadheeshwar Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj, in his narration said that the character of Shri Ram is full of dignity. He is the ideal for all of us.

Swami Rambhadracharya said that Lord Ram outlined his role as a king and as a householder, separately, in his life and lived up to both the roles, presenting an ideal to society. Therefore, the character of Lord Ram is worth assimilating.

He said that Shri Ram is a wonderful and inspired living symbol of both sacrifice and action. He without hesitation renounced his kingdom to fulfil the promise made by his father for the welfare of the people and presented a wonderful example of sacrifice by going to the forest in the national interest. Lord Shri Ram always gave priority to the sense of duty.

Sachin Agarwal and Prashant Sharma, the main hosts of Shri Ram Katha, performed the Aarti of Ramayana. Nitin Mana, Sunil Agarwal Guddu, Akhilesh Bittu Shivpuri, Namit Goyal, Gagan Gupta, Gaurav Gupta, Deepak Bansal, Prateek Gupta, Bhagwat Sharan Agarwal, Ashish, Manish Bansal, etc., welcomed Vyas Peetha with flower garlands.

After Shri Ram Katha, Swami Rambhadracharya left for Delhi to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
