Dehradun, 19 Nov: The first ever book on India’s political cartography ‘We the People of the States of Bharat,’ by Sanjeev Chopra, former Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, was released by Dr Rajendra Dobhal, former Director General Uttarakhand Council of Science and Technology at Natraj Publishers. ‘We, the People of the States of Bharat: The Making and Remaking of Internal Boundaries’ is a fascinating read about the multiple boundary adjustments for every state and Union Territory in India – from 1947 to the seventy – fifth year of independence.
