DEHRADUN, 20 Dec: Students of Graphic Era Global School showcased their sporting talent with enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship. In the 50-meter hurdles race (male), Arjun Trivedi secured first position.
During the annual sports festival, Principal of Graphic Era Global School, Rajkumar Trehan described sports as the foundation of self-confidence, discipline, and a balanced life, and encouraged students to participate actively.
The sports festival featured a march past, yoga demonstration, PT drill, and track and field events. In the 50-meter hurdles race (male), Arjun Trivedi secured first place, Agambir stood second, and Anshuman secured third place. For the little students of the pre-primary wing, engaging events such as Pick the Flower, Mini Chef, Hare–Tortoise Race, and Lemon–Spoon competitions captivated everyone. In the Giraffe and Cone Race, Manvika secured first place, Ashutosh stood second, and Riddhima secured third place. The programme was dedicated to the Silver Jubilee year of Uttarakhand State Foundation.
