DEHRADUN, 26 Jul: Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami launched a book titled, ‘Sustainable Wellness of Students: A Collective Responsibility in Higher Education’ at a programme held at the auditorium of the CM’s residence here on Saturday. While commending the publication, he underlined the importance of addressing the complexities of student life through a keen understanding of student psychology.
The Chief Minister also remarked that higher education institutions must take meaningful steps to ensure students’ holistic welfare, and expressed hope that a Hindi edition of the book would soon be made available.
Dhami observed that Uttarakhand, under the stewardship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was the first state to roll out the new National Education Policy. He stated that the government is committed to ensuring quality education, enhancing skill development, and fostering the overall wellbeing of students.
