CM participates in PM Modi’s Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in virtual mode

Khatima, 27 Dec: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami virtually joined a programme related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s interaction with the beneficiaries of ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ through video conference from his location, here, today. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that where the public expectations end, the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi begins. He said that with the resolve of a developed India, Prime Minister Modi’s “guarantee vehicle” is reaching every corner of the country. Within a span of one month, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has reached thousands of villages and cities, especially small towns.

While interacting with thousands of Bharat Sankalp Yatra beneficiaries across the country, the Prime Minister also interacted with beneficiary Gurdev Singh of Haridwar and stressed on focusing on increasing the sources of income through agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and honey production. The Chief Minister noted that the Prime Minister’s praise of Haridwar farmer Gurdev Singh for this innovation by taking advantage of government schemes is inspirational for other farmers as well.

Dhami said that, at present, a massive campaign of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is going on in the country, which is a living caravan of hopes. He said that the objective of the Yatra is to create awareness among the citizens about various public welfare schemes and ensure their participation in the spirit of “Jan Bhagidari” for 100 per cent saturation of the schemes. He said that this is the biggest initiative taken by the government in the country so far.

The CM said that the Central and State Governments are trying to reduce the woes and problems of the public like family members. He said that, as per the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country will be fully developed by 2047 but, for this, everyone will have to move forward with this idea. He said that this resolution will be very useful in making the country developed. He also called upon everyone to take forward the resolve of a developed India.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Modi has dreamt of making the country a developed nation and is taking necessary steps towards this with a clear vision. Dhami said that when the country will be completing 100 years of its independence, it will definitely establish its identity as a developed nation. He said that projects and schemes are being formulated with the concept of developed India, in which innovative efforts are being made to provide services for the poor including agriculture, health, Aadhaar and other services to the eligible people. Appealing to all the people to take advantage of the schemes, the CM directed the district level officers to do better work and extend the benefits of all the schemes being run for public welfare to all the eligible people in remote areas.

On this occasion, District Magistrate Udayraj Singh, SSP Manjunath TC, Chief Development Officer Vishal Mishra, Additional District Magistrate Ashok Kumar Joshi, Block Chief Ranjit Singh Namdhari, BJP District President Kamal Jindal, Chief Agriculture Officer AK Verma, Chief Horticulture Officer Bhavana Joshi were among those present.
