Dehradun, 19 Nov: An Inter-School Singing competition was organised by St Thomas’ College on Saturday, 19th November as a part of the on-going school festival ‘Spectrum-2022”. Spectrum the name itself signifies a flash of colours and music the soul of life.
Five schools participated namely, St. Joseph’s Academy, Carman School-Dalanwala, St. Jude’s School, Shri Ram Centennial School & St. Thomas’ College.

The entire campus vibrated with the melodious songs presented by the participants and the music was further embellished with the mesmerising performance of background dancers colourfully dressed.
Aryan Singh of St. Thomas’ College was declared the winner and the runners-up was Rachael Scott of St. Jude’s School in the Solo Category, Shraddha Chakraborty and Shourya Aswal of St. Jude’s School were declared the winners and the runner-up was Harmeet Singh Bedi and Mansi Verma of Carman School, Dalanwala and in the Group category St. Joseph’s Academy were declared the winners and St. Jude’s School the Runner-up.
Chief Guest, G.I.G. Mann, Ex-MLA, Ex-Thomasian & Director, Carman Residential & Day School, Dalanwala, Dehradun gave an inspiring speech to the students in his address and appreciated the event & S. Mann, Principal Carman Residential & Day School, Dalanwala graciously gave away the prizes.
Distinguished guests who attended the event were V. Gardner & M. Gardner, Principal St. Jude’s School.
The vote of thanks was proposed by the Principal, R. V. Gardner, Ex-MLA who thanked all the Participating schools and their Principals for sending the students for this competition.
