Dehradun, 18 Oct: BJP National General Secretary and in charge of party affairs in Uttarakhand Dushyant Gautam, while expressing happiness over the resounding victory in the Haridwar Panchayat elections called for maintaining the environment of victory even further. He congratulated the entire team of the BJP for the victory, including the state president Mahendra Bhatt, for the unopposed victory of the district panchayat president and all the six heads of development blocks in these three-tier elections.
Gautam claimed that, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the country is drawing a big line in respect of development and added that the party would have to take these glorious works and development schemes to the people.
The meeting of the newly appointed state office bearers and state presidents of BJP was held at the state headquarters in the presence of state in-charge Dushyant Gautam, state president Mahendra Bhatt and state general secretary organisation Ajaey Kumar.
On this occasion, the State President, Mahendra Bhatt, said that the hard work, enthusiasm and faith of the workers showed that after winning the Haridwar Panchayat elections unopposed, the BJP would also win the Rudraprayag District Panchayat President and all other future elections.
State General Secretary, Organisation, Ajaey Kumar said that the way the BJP had registered a grand victory by getting 94 percent votes in Champawat elections by using the structure of Panna Pramukhs, the party ought to continue working in the same manner.
In this meeting, State General Secretary Khilendra Chaudhary, Rajendra Bisht, State Vice President Shailendra Bisht, State Office In-charge Kaustubhanand Joshi, State Media In-charge Manveer Singh Chouhan, State Spokespersons Suresh Joshi and Col Ajay Kothiyal were among those present.
