Mussoorie, 3 Sep: The Annual Cultural Extravaganza, ‘Milestone’, was organised by St. George’s College, here, and hosted over 650 participants from 22 schools from in and around Uttarakhand.
The Opening Ceremony began with prayer offered by Aaradhya Puri. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Beena Bhatt, Director, Department of Culture, Government of Uttarakhand.

Nandini Mehar officially welcomed and introduced the Chief Guest who was presented a potted plant. The Chief Guest declared the fest open. The Opening address was delivered by Deepali Ballabh who warmly welcomed the guests, escorting teachers and participants.
In her address to the gathering, Beena Bhatt lauded the school for organising the event as a platform for artistic pursuits.
Milestone 2024 was a kaleidoscope of colour and vibrant action with events like Music, Photography, Videography, Art, Rap, Modelling, and such, judged by an eminent panel of experts in various fields.
The events were judged by a panel of eminent judges, namely Manorama Negi, Minal Vashisht, Mohit Mamgain, Kartikey Barthwal, Pragati Bisht, Prashashti Pundir, Rahul Negi, Naveen John Synenberg, Ali Armaan Zainvi, Amos Devassy, Shashwat Mall, Vivek Rana, Sarthak Bijalwan, Abhishek Bhatt, Sunita Rekhi, Vijaylaxmi Chinna and Aditi Badola.
Unison World School, Dehradun, emerged Champions at Milestone 2024, while Vantage Hall was declared Runners Up.
