Dehradun, 17 Apr: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) intends to conduct a ‘Table Top Exercise’ and ‘Mock Drills’ for three days in the state beginning tomorrow in order to ensure successful conduct of the Chardham Yatra 2023.
According to official sources, the Table Top Exercise will be held on 18 April from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Mock Exercises on 20 April from 9:30 a.m. till 3 p.m. These exercises will be held by the State Disaster Management Authority, Uttarakhand. During this exercise, Incident Response teams will also be activated for better coordination and operation in the programme.
