Dehradun, 2 Dec: The Indian Medical Association Uttaranchal State Branch had its State Annual Conference, UTTARACON – 2024, in Haldwani on 30 November and 1 December.
The installation ceremony was held on 30 November, at which Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was the Chief Guest.
Dr Kailash Chandra Sharma of IMA Haldwani Branch was installed as State President for the year 2024 – 25, Dr Ajay Khanna, Hony State Secretary, Indian Medical Association Uttaranchal State Branch, has been installed as President Elect for the year 2025 – 26 after serving 4 years in his present position.
Dr DD Choudhury, State Coordinator, CWC member and Past Senior National Vice President,
took over as Hony State Secretary of Indian Medical Association Uttaranchal State Branch. Incidentally, he pioneered the IMA State Branch in 2001 and remained Hony State Secretary till December 2020. Dr.Sanjay Upreti has been installed as Hony Treasurer of IMA UA State Branch and Dr Siddharth Khanna, Hony Secretary, IMA Dehradun Branch has been installed as Hony Joint Secretary, State office, IMA UA State Branch.
