Officials fill in for absent teachers in Rudraprayag schools

Rudraprayag, 26 Feb: Taking an innovative initiative, District Magistrate Mayur Dixit has instructed the district level officers to guide students in schools preparing for the board examinations and help them plan for the future. In view of the high school and intermediate board examinations, the District Magistrate has instructed the Chief Education Officer and education officers to provide information about the subjects of interest to the students.

In compliance with the instructions of the District Magistrate, Chief Education Officer Vinod Prasad Simalti, while guiding the students studying in Government Intermediate College, Ratura, provided tips on the coming board exams. He also shed light on economics to students of Intermediate College, Bhiri.

The Chief Education Officer has informed the District Magistrate that, at present, posts of teachers of English, Sanskrit, Mathematics and Civics are vacant in Government Intermediate College, Rampur Nyalsu, in the Kedarnath Legislative Constituency. Posts are similarly vacant in other schools. District level officers are trying to fill in by guiding the students at this crucial juncture.
