CM addresses rallies in Chinyalisaur, Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi, 9 Apr: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today participated in rallies held in support of the Tehri Lok Sabha seat candidate Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah and called upon people to support BJP to ensure Modi’s win for the third straight time as PM of the country.
He was addressing rallies in Chinyalisaur and Uttarkashi today. The CM said that the entire public support for the BJP will be a direct support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ensure a historic win for the BJP and Modi in the ongoing General Elections.
Dhami asserted that this is a historic election. The Prime Minister has spent every moment of his life to serve the country and the people should also support him with a large majority to become the PM once again. The CM claimed that BJP candidate Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah has continuously served the area for a long time now. All the right thinking people in the country want Modi to become Prime Minister for the third straight time to carry on the good work.
The Chief Minister claimed that the Prime Minister has a special attachment for Uttarakhand. In the last 10 years, Modi has given a gift of about Rs 2 lakh crore to the state. Modi has supported Uttarakhand at every step. He said that, now, every Uttarakhand resident will support Modi. He urged all the people to make BJP candidate Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah victorious from Tehri Lok Sabha constituency by a large number of votes on 19 April.
The Chief Minister claimed that senior Congress leaders have been very evidently reluctant to contest elections this time as they are well aware of the public sentiment and about the outcome of the elections. People across the country have seen that India is emerging as a world power under the leadership of PM Modi. In the past 10 years, there has been rapid development in every field from infrastructure to science and technology in India. After the G-20 conference, the world has recognised the strength of India. Modi has pledged to eradicate poverty and backwardness from the country. The work of taking development to the last mile has been done. Every scheme implemented by the Prime Minister is dedicated to the employment of the poor, farmers, women and youth. Today, many schemes like Jan Dhan Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, Kisan Samriddhi Yojana, PM Awaas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Har Ghar Jal, Jal Se Nal, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Drone Didi Lakhpati Didi are fully operational. He said that these schemes are guarantees of Modi which are ensuring happiness in the lives of crores of poor people of the country.
Dhami said that, under the leadership of Modi, the Central Government has taken many historic decisions in the national interest. Article 370 has been abolished from Kashmir. CAA has been implemented in the country. Triple talaq has been abolished. After a long wait, the construction work of a grand Ram Temple has been done in Ayodhya. Nari Shakti Vandan Act has been implemented to empower women. He said that the state government has taken many historic decisions to make Uttarakhand better. Fulfilling the promise made before the elections, the Uniform Civil Code Bill has been passed in the state. He said that on one hand the state government is implementing the Uniform Civil Code and on the other hand in the Congress manifesto, the party promises implementation and retention of the Muslim Personal Law. He said that the state government has taken strict action against the copying mafia which was active in the state for a long time. By stopping the game of copying mafias, the youth were given their rights and anti-copying laws were implemented. Eligible and talented youth are passing government examinations without any bias. Along with this, anti-mass-conversion law and anti-riot law have been approved. Women are being given 30 percent horizontal reservation in government jobs. The women of the state are working to provide employment to other people along with themselves. Poor families are being provided 3 free gas refills in a year.
The Chief Minister said that work is being done to increase air services. The CM said that, before 2014, new scams used to break out every day under the Congress government. In the last 10 years, Congress did not get an opportunity to come to power or get any chance to commit any scam. He said that Congress has always worked for appeasement and vote bank politics. Congress never even spoke about building the Ram Temple. When a grand temple of Ram was built in Ayodhya with the help of Modi, the top Congress refused to go to the Pran Pratishtha programme. Congress is full of frustration regarding Lord Ram. Congress people, due to their appeasement policy, work to degrade Sanatan Dharma and culture. Due to anti-women mentality, Congress did not give ticket to even a single woman in Uttarakhand.
On this occasion, BJP candidate Mala Rajya Luxmi Shah, BJP District President Satyendra Rana, former MLA Kedar Singh Rawat, state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan and others were present.
