DEHRADUN, 5 Mar: Uttarakhand swept the recently held National Tournament ‘Master’s National Table Tennis 2019′ in age category of 50 plus.
Pratima Menon struck gold in the women’s singles and Seema Upadhyay bagged silver. Both belong to Uttarakhand. Pratima Menon and Seema Upadhyay also won Gold in the Women doubles category. The state team saw wins in all categories.
Pratima Menon was born and brought up in Dehradun and is currently working in Delhi, while Seema Upadhyay is a resident of Uttarakhand. Pratima Menon is daughter of Avdhash Kaushal.
