Mussoorie, 17 Dec: The Silver Jubilee of Sadbhawna Mussoorie was celebrated with great pomp, here. The Chief Guest was Municipal Council Chairman Anuj Gupta and former MLA Jot Singh Gunsola inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp. A booklet was also released depicting the 25 years of work done by the organization. The newly elected municipal council chairman and 13 members were felicitated with mementos.
A Muslim family and a Christian one that had brought up Hindu children in accordance with their original religion were felicitated. Classical Dancer Somya Dhusiya presented a classical dance, which enthralled the audience present. Anuj Tayal, President of the organisation, provided detailed information about the work done by the organisation in its 25 year journey. The organisation works for the welfare of the people by organising various social camps on health, education, etc.
Chairman Anuj Gupta and former MLA Jot Singh Gonsola appreciated the work done by the organisation. They promised all possible help. Present on the occasion were organisation secretary Ramesh Kumar Jaiswal, Ravindra Goyal, Rafiq Ahmed, Dr Ajay Aggrawal, Santosh Arya, Sunil Panwar, Gurcharan Lal Chadda, Bharosi Rawat, Suresh Goyal, Shiv Arora, Rohit Prasad and Amanpreet Singh, among others. The programme was conducted by Vice President Sandeep Agarwal.
