Dehradun, 23 Sep: Sardar Bhagwan Singh University successfully hosted a career development and personal grooming programme, “Safalta”, in partnership with P&G and Gillette, here, today. The event aimed to equip students with essential grooming tips to boost their confidence and prepare them for professional success.
Over 200 students from various departments attended the event. Himanshu Chhetri, Project Head, introduced the “Kar Lo SAFALTA mutthi mein” initiative by P&G and Gillette. Achala Shahi, Project Manager, emphasised the importance of professional development in fostering confidence, refining grooming skills, and cultivating a sense of responsibility for a successful career.
Aman, the trainer, conducted interactive activities and provided valuable tips on personal grooming, including fitness and wellness.
The session was attended by Dr Arun Kumar Mahato, Convenor of the Training & Placement Cell, Mohsin Khan, Co-convenor, Piyali Sharma, and other faculty members. This event showcased SBS University’s dedication to enhancing students’ skills and knowledge to ensure their competitiveness in the rapidly evolving job market.
