Dehradun, 24 Oct: Sangeetnjali in collaboration with Doon Library and Research centre organized a wonderful Swar Sandhya event in the centre’s auditorium on Friday. The audience enjoyed the diverse range of classical singing by artist Ritvij Pant. Renowned artist Pradipta Dey did sangat on the tabla. Aditya Pant, Shyam Bhargava, and Ishaan Dhami also gave an outstanding vocal performances.
While other artists, including Vibhushit Singh on the tabla and Dharmendra Mishra on the harmonium gave excellent performances.

At this musical evening in the auditorium of the Doon Library, the audience enjoyed Ganesh Vandana, Saraswati Vandana, and bhajans by Aditya Pant. Ishaan Dhami performed Dadra, while singer Shyam Bhargava sang Rama Rama Ratte Ratte and Yamuna Kinare Mera Gaon in Thumri.
The audience enjoyed bhajans in Bhairavi and Thumri, along with Raga Malkauns, Madhyalaya, and Tarana by Ritwij Pant. The program was conducted by Dr VK Doval, who also introduced the artists.

Introducing the Sangeetnjali Society, Doval said that Sangeetangli Society is doing a commendable job by providing a stage to the upcoming artists of Uttrakhand. Suneet Agarwal, President of Sangeetanjali also thanked the artists and audience.
At the beginning of the program, Chandrashekhar Tiwari welcomed and greeted the artists and audience. In his address, the Center’s President, Prof BK Joshi, highlighted the importance and utility of classical music in life.
Several Sangeetnjali officials, dignitaries, and many music lovers were present during the program. Gyan Gupta, Alok Sarin, Dr Pankaj Naithani, Arun Asphalt Jagriti Doval, Badrish Chhabra, DP Juyal, Sundar Singh Bisht, and many other music lovers from the city were present.
