Dehradun 9 May: Trainee IAS officers of the Uttarakhand Cadre, Deepak Seth, Ashima Goyal and Rahul Anand, paid a courtesy call on Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) at the Raj Bhavan, here, on Thursday.
Congratulating the trainee officers, the Governor said they are fortunate to have got the opportunity to serve Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. During the interaction, the Governor told the officers that their role is going to be important for the overall welfare of the people of Uttarakhand. He reminded that Uttarakhand is a state that has special geographical conditions and the officers should work keeping in mind the challenges and possibilities here.
