Dehradun, 10 July: Raj Bhawan in Uttarakhand will have an AI (Artificial Intelligence) based smart automation system soon. In the first phase of the smart automation system, an online gate pass and e-invitation system will be started.
Dehradun, 10 July: Raj Bhawan in Uttarakhand will have an AI (Artificial Intelligence) based smart automation system soon. In the first phase of the smart automation system, an online gate pass and e-invitation system will be started.
Under this, visitors coming to Raj Bhavan will not have to stand in line for gate passes. The webcam installed at the gate will identify them and after verification, they will get entry. Visitors can apply online to come to Raj Bhavan from anywhere.
Through the e-invitation system, e-invitations will be sent to the dignitaries to be invited from the Raj Bhavan to various state functions, whose link they will be able to enter by showing the link at the entry gate. In the initial phase, an online gate-pass system and e-invitation system will be started at Raj Bhavan. After these other processes based on the Smart Automation System will be started. The system is being developed by NIC in collaboration with UPES University.
This information was given in a meeting chaired by Governor Lt-General Gurmit Singh (Retd) in connection with the AI–based smart automation system at Raj Bhavan. The Governor discussed with the officials of NIC the development of the app. He expected the development of an AI–based portal and mobile app to be completed in Raj Bhavan in a time-bound manner. He directed the Director ITDA officers to prepare a roadmap for the time-bound completion of the AI project.
In this meeting, Secretary ITDA Shailesh Bagauli, Secretary to Governor Ravinath Raman, Additional Secretary Swati S Bhadauria, Director ITDA Nitika Khandelwal, SIO NIC Ashish Aggarwal, Prof of UPES University Priya Ranjan, Senior Programmer Raj Bhavan VS Pundir, etc., were present.
