Haridwar, 6 Jun: Union Minister of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises Arvind Sawant reviewed the performance and the future readiness of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited during a visit to the company’s Corporate Office at New Delhi. Atul Sobti, CMD, BHEL and all functional Directors on the Board of BHEL, welcomed the Minister.
The Minister was briefed about the performance trends of the company, diversification initiatives taken for enhancing competitiveness and growth, and building R&D capabilities.
The Minister praised BHEL’s proactive approach in diversification and advised that it continue to find new avenues of growth.
