Dehradun, 14 Sep: A seminar was conducted at Hilton’s School here, today, by Velmed Hospital on the topic, “Mental toolkit to adopt during Post Covid Recovery”. Dr Ankit Patel, a renowned pulmonologist, lectured on the long and short-term side-effects of Covid and also suggested measures and therapies to combat its effects. Beginning with the basic prospect of health and the factors it is based on, he covered important topics like anxiety and depression. He had an interactive session with the students and answered their queries.
Jaya Sharma, COE of Velmed Hospital, was also present during the session. The staff and students were enlightened and enriched by the knowledge shared by the eminent doctor.
