Dehradun, 22 Dec: American company Visa has selected seven students of Graphic Era for placement with an annual package of Rs 32.88 lakh. These students are pursuing Computer Science Engineering from Graphic Era.

Visa conducted multiple rounds of written tests and interviews before selecting the seven students. The selected students include four from Graphic Era Deemed University, one from Graphic Era Hill University’s Dehradun campus, and two from the Hill University’s Bhimtal campus.

This prestigious placement offer has brought smiles to the faces of the selected students.

The selected students are Priyanshu Dwivedi from Dehradun, Sakshi Lingwal from Srinagar Garhwal, Akanksha Maurya from Kunda, Uttar Pradesh, Aastha Dubey from Prayagraj, Ikshit Dhyani from Dehradun, Karan Matiyali from Haldwani, and Mayank Joshi from Bhimtal. These students credited their achievement to the unwavering support of their parents along with Chairman of Graphic Era Group of Institutions Dr Kamal Ghanshala, their teachers, and the placement cell for its guidance.

This year, more than 2,200 students from Graphic Era have received placement offers. Prominent companies like Microsoft, Amazon, paypal, atlassian, samsung, JP morgan, BNY mellon, Goldman Sachs, Infosys, HSBC, Juspay, National Australia Bank, NASDAQ and Voltas have offered placements to the students of Graphic Era.
