CM releases souvenir of Secretariat Badminton Club

Dehradun, 17 Mar: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today released a souvenir titled “Prayas Behtar Kal Ke Liye” published by the Uttarakhand Secretariat Badminton Club at the Secretariat. On the occasion, the CM congratulated the office-bearers and members of the club for the publication and said that such initiatives not only promote sporting activities but also play a significant role in fostering a positive work culture.
Speaking on the occasion, Dhami stressed that sports help inculcate discipline, team spirit and a healthy sense of competition in human life. He called upon Secretariat employees to participate regularly in sports activities, stating that this contributes to both physical and mental well-being, which in turn has a positive impact on work efficiency.
Appreciating the articles, achievements and activities featured in the souvenir, Dhami expressed hope that the publication would inspire more people to take an active interest in sports in the coming years.
Among those present on the occasion were Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu, Secretary Vinay Shankar Pandey, Uttarakhand Secretariat Badminton Club President Hira Singh Baserra, Editor-in-Chief Bhupendra Singh Baserra, General Secretary Pramod Kumar, Treasurer Chandan Bisht, Joint Secretary Pushkar Singh Negi, and members Chandrashekhar, Ranjeet Singh, Deepak Bisht, Vimla Arya, Deepa Bohra and Sandeep Kumar.
