Haridwar, 17 Jul: Uttarakhand Sanskrit Sansthan today marked the traditional Harela festival with great enthusiasm and joy. On this occasion, Deepak Kumar, Secretary, Sanskrit Education, in the state government, led the plantation drive, planted fruit‑bearing saplings in the institute premises, carried out an inspection and also issued necessary directions.
