Aashta trains to be run from Dehradun to Ayodhya

Dehradun, 19 Jan: Railways have launched various Aastha Special trains from various parts of the country to Ayodhya. In this connection, the first Aastha Special Train will be reaching Ayodhya on 27 February. According the Railways, Aastha Special trains will also be running from Dehradun, Yog Nagari Rishikesh and Haridwar to Ayodhya for the devotees wishing to visit Ayodhya for the darshan of Ram Lal in the new Ram Janmabhumi temple being consecrated on 22 January this month. According to railway officials, the Railways has planned to run a direct train from here for the people of Uttarakhand to visit the grand Ram temple being built in Ayodhya and Ramlala.
Railways has also released the schedule for the train running to Ayodhya for the month of February. The first such train running directly from Dehradun will be leaving for Ayodhya on 1 February at 11 am and reach on 1 February in the afternoon. The fare for this special train has been fixed at Rs 1,600 per passenger and the booking will start from 21 January. At the same time, the train leaving from Yoganagari Rishikesh at 11:40 am on February 8 will also reach at 2:55 pm on February 9. The train leaving Haridwar at 1:15 pm on 15th February will reach at 2:55 pm on 16th February.
