Dehradun, 25 Jun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has extended his greetings to the Bombay Goods Transport Association, which is celebrating its Platinum Jubilee on 5 July in Navi Mumbai. It is also publishing a souvenir to commemorate the event.
In his message, the Chief Minister has said that a good transport system can broaden the market for goods. It can also make the movement of raw materials, fuel, equipment, etc., to the places of production easy. This leads to the emergence of industries which specialise in these goods. Overall, the transport sector in India plays a vital role in supporting economic activities, facilitating trade, promoting industrial growth, generating employment, and fostering development across various sectors.
“I hope that the event will be helpful for the participants,” added the CM. “I wish the Platinum Jubilee celebration of Bombay Goods Transport Association and its souvenir release all success.”
