Dehradun, 9 Aug: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi on Friday attended the skill development certificate distribution programme organised by Himalaya Wellness Company, here, as the Chief Guest and distributed certificates to the trainees.
On this occasion, Rural Development Minister Ganesh Joshi congratulated all the trainees for their hard work and dedication. He praised the work on skill development for the youth by Himalaya Wellness Company.
Addressing the youth, he said, “Today all of you are starting a new journey with the necessary skills and knowledge to touch the heights of success.” He said that skill development has a very important role in moving the country towards development. It is necessary not only for personal development but also for the overall development of the country. Through skill development, employment opportunities can be provided to the young generation and make them self-reliant. The youth are learning new skills to realise their dreams and improve their lives. The minister said that this is not just a certificate but a symbol of dedication and hard work. He congratulated all the trainees present and wished them a bright future. Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi also planted a sapling under the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flagship campaign, ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam Abhiyan’.
On this occasion, Himalaya Wellness Company President Dr S Farooq, Dr Arunesh Dixit, Dr Zafar Mehsud, Dr Suman Lata, former Councillor Manjeet Rawat, etc., were also present.
