Tula’s Institute hosts Inter-College Literary Fest

Dehradun, 27 Feb: Tula’s Institute hosted the inter-college literary fest, ‘Soch Aur Samvaad 2025’, bringing together students from various colleges and universities on an engaging platform of discussions, debates, and performances within the college premises.
With 62 participants from nine universities, the programme served as a dynamic stage for young minds to express their thoughts, debate pressing issues, and showcase their creativity.
The fest featured three main competitions including Tarq Yuddh (Debate Competition), Vichar Sangram (Group Discussion), and Baton Ki Barsaat (Open Mic).
In the debate competition, Doon University emerged victorious, with DIT University securing the runner-up position. The group discussion saw Varad Raizada from IMS Unison University clinching the winner’s title, while Anandita Raj from UPES was the runner-up. The open mic event witnessed an outstanding performance by Gautam from Tula’s Institute, who secured first place, followed by Riya Mishra from Jigyasa University in second place. Adding to the list of accolades, Shreya Dhyani from Doon University was honoured as the Speaker of the Day for her exceptional performance.
The fest saw enthusiastic participation from colleges including Uttaranchal University, Law College Dehradun, IMS Unison University, UPES, and several others.
Also present were Dr Sandip Vijay, Director of Tula’s Institute; Dean Dr Nishant Saxena; Dr Sanjay Sharma; Registrar Dr Vijay Kumar Upadhyay; and Emmanuel Gabriel, Cultural Head.
