Dehradun, 30 Dec: Joint Director in the State Information Department, Ashish Tripathi has been promoted as Additional Director by the government with effect from 1 January, next year. It may be recalled that Additional Director Dr Anil Chandola is retiring on 31 December after serving the department for around 35 years.
Besides the promotion of Ashish Tripathi, Deputy Director Dr Nitin Upadhyay has been promoted as Joint Director with effect from 1 January, while Senior Administrative Officer LP Bhatt has been promoted as Assistant Director also with effect from 1 January, next year.
Director General, Information, Banshidhar Tiwari and other departmental officers have congratulated all the promoted officers.
