BHEL Haridwar celebrates Republic Day


Haridwar, 27 Jan: General Manager Incharge (HEEP) Sanjay Gulati hoisted the National Flag in the stadium of BHEL, Haridwar, on the occasion of Republic Day. Following a parade inspection by Gulati, a march past was held by the participating platoons of CISF and various schools.
Gulati congratulated everyone on this auspicious occasion and presented the key highlights of BHEL. He stated that BHEL was back on the path of growth and would scale greater heights in future. Exciting tableaus, field drills and dance performances presented by the school children amused the audience. A horse riding performance by students of DPS, Ranipur, was a special attraction. The first ladies of HEEP & CFFP, Haridwar, Rashmi Gulati and Shakuntala Devi filled the sky with tricolour balloons. Many students along with employees who had brought laurels to the organisation or respective schools of the BHEL Township were felicitated during the grand celebrations. Present on the occasion were General Manager, Incharge (CFFP), JP Singh, Commandant, CISF, TS Rawat, all GMs, senior officials, union representatives, employees and school children.
