DEHRADUN, 14 Dec: As part of the Indian Army’s ongoing initiative to foster the spirit of National Integration across the country, a National Integration Tour from Anjaw District of Arunachal Pradesh visited Indian Military Academy here, today, under “Op Samaritan”.
The National Integration Tour comprising 16 students and four teachers visited the premiere training institution and interacted with Lt Gen SK Jha, Commandant, Indian Military Academy.
This visit to the Academy provided a unique opportunity to these children hailing from one of the remotest corners of the country to get motivated to join the Army. The interaction with the Commandant of the prestigious institute and his inspiring words to them would go a long way in instilling pride and nationalism amongst the young students.
