Dehradun, 14 Oct: A Civil Military Liaison Conference was held at the State Secretariat here, today, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
The Indian Army delegation was headed by Lieutenant General JP Mathew, General Officer Commanding, Uttar Bharar Area.
The Chief Secretary, Dr SS Sandhu, DGP Ashok Kumar, Additional Chief Secretaries Radha Raturi and Anand Vardhan, Major General Sanjeev Khatri, GOC, Uttarakhand Sub Area, Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu, Secretaries Shailesh Bagoli, Dr Dilip Javalkar, Vinod Kumar, and other senior Army and Civil officials.
Discussions were held on a number of vital issues pertaining to security, infrastructure development and welfare of troops and citizens. The CMLC was fruitful. Many important decisions were taken and directions were passed by the Chief Minister to the stakeholders for inclusive development of Uttarakhand.
