Cong election office inaugurated in Mussoorie

Mussoorie, 28 Mar: The election office of the Congress candidate for the Tehri Lok Sabha seat, Pritam Singh, was inaugurated jointly, today, by former MLA Jot Singh Gunsola, former municipal president Manmohan Singh Mall and Congress leader Godavari Thapli by cutting the ceremonial ribbon at the Congress Bhawan, here. On the occasion, workers raised slogans in support of the party, Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. Congress leaders said the people of the country were going to form a government of the Congress at the Centre as nothing had been done for the development of the country by PM Narendra Modi and his government. They said BJP leaders and Narendra Modi had misled the people of the country by making false promises. Today the people of the country had seen the real face of the Modi Government and were asking what had happened to the many promises made by Modi to provide RS 15 lakh to every citizen of the country, give employment to 2 million youths every year, remove poverty from the country and reduce inflation.
It was claimed that the people of the country had understood the BJP’s game and now they would no longer be deceived. People were looking to Congress President Rahul Gandhi and had decided to vote for Congress candidates. The promises made by the Congress in the elections held in three states had been fulfilled within a week of government formation.
Among those present on the occasion were Uttarakhand Mahila Congress spokesperson Jasbeer Kaur, Mussoorie Congress Party President Satish Dhondiyal, Jayprakash Uttarkhandi, Medha Singh Kandari, Gaurav Gupta, Ramesh Rao, Pratap Panwar, Roshan Lal, Ganga, Sonia Singh, etc.
