MUSSOORIE, 21 Jul: Pharmacist Anurag Maithani and Ward Boy Khushpal Negi, working in Bhatta Ayurvedic Hospital, were given the Corona Warrior Award by the Mussoorie Kyarakuli Bhatta Gram Sabha, here, today. The newly appointed Dr Nidhi Gurung was also welcomed at the hospital with a bouquet.
On this occasion, Gram Pradhan Kaushalya Rawat and BJP Yuva Morcha President Rakesh Rawat said that Ward Boy Khushpal Negi, appointed at the Bhatta Ayurvedic Hospital, was attached to Dehradun to combat Covid-19, where he was declared a Corona Warrior by the government in view of his public service.
Meanwhile, due to the retirement of a doctor in Bhatta Ayurvedic Hospital in Mussoorie, the hospital was operated by Pharmacist Anurag Maithani, alone, and the villagers were provided health services during the Corona period. He said that Dr Nidhi Gurung has been posted to the hospital, which will now provide better health facilities to the villagers. They thanked Mussoorie MLA Ganesh Joshi for getting a doctor sent to the hospital.
Present on this occasion were Dayal Singh Rawat, Gaje Singh, Mahila Mangal Dal President Meena Kotal, Rukmani, Sunita, Sachin Thapli, Jitendra Jadwan, Naresh Panwar, Nitin and others.
